  • All rugs listed on RareRugs.shop are unique, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. Due to the nature of these products, items cannot be restocked once sold.
  • We make every effort to ensure product availability and accuracy; however, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues.

3. Product Representation

  • We strive to present all products as accurately as possible. All images shown are of the actual rug being sold.
  • Due to the handmade and vintage nature of our rugs, slight variations in color, dimensions, wear, and texture may occur. These characteristics are considered part of the rug’s authenticity and uniqueness.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • We reserve the right to update or change pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

5. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

RareRugs.shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • pricing errors.
  • suspected fraud.
  • payment issues.
  • inventory inaccuracies.

If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

6. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier conditions.
  • All rugs are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
